Who have these meetings been confirmed by? Has this email been posted on here and was it from GR to someone in the group I take it? Hope it's correct but been far too many false dawns on here. Fingers crossed though...

Final close out of the remaining conditions is being negotiated at the moment but the value of the carry is historic by any reasonable comparisons. Kiliwani has experienced ‘persistent ‘ delays at getting the well remediated due to lack of oilfield services in country but a slick line unit has been identified in country and work on the well continues. Kiliwani ‘remains a key area of focus’ for the company as I have described before as the licence runs to 2036, has no commitments and has a GSA in place so Aminex have been historically paid for their gas. The Nguni impairment is a common sense decision, work continues at Songo Songo but success in the deeper water areas would require LNG which is way too big a ticket for Aminex to write. Aminex has cash from the year end, $1.86m plus the $2.4m placing in February, the farm-out payment due of $5m on closure and also the $3m receivable from th3 TPDC which should be honoured. Aminex are acutely award of the support they have received from the cornerstone investor and their efforts on the farm-in are accelerating the process. The company have continued to cut overheads and, like shareholders share the pain of the low valuation of the assets. The comment regarding diversification of the portfolio certainly hit home with me, like Solo they need to expand outside of Tanzania to make those assets less of the total whilst gearing up the M&A will present opportunities to make transactions. I have had a lot of inbound about Aminex in recent months and it would have been easy to have bottled out and closed the bucket list position. With John Bell installed as Chairman I am happy to give the company the benefit of the doubt and notice that directors have been buying the shares in the market.

For Jay to have given up on a reasonable relationship with shareholders he would of had to put in some effort to actually have a good relationship with shareholders. People have been requesting better communication and better updates for years. Remember the list of questions? Fat lot of good that did. Still non the wiser as to whats going on with KN1 or what the hold up with the license is. Either way I'm sure the £400k salary he's taking (increased due to great performance ha ha ha) is making up for any bashing he's taking here due to the worlds longest farm out and worlds longest well remediation, it's water off a ducks back.

Ha ha, not even 10% of the pay rise he gave himself for his tremendous performance in 2018!

As you say though, the information is 4-5 months old so Nyuni was part of the deal to finally sign off the farm out then why was the long stop date extended yet again and why are aminex still waiting on it?

Sounds like they've finally realised taking their salaries whilst delivering very zero shareholder value is not a good look, so they're looking at cutting costs including BOD salaries, it still doesn't sound like anything will be happening anytime soon though.

Still have to wonder what exactly the BOD have been doing for the last 12 months or longer? I'm tempted to have another punt here (3rd attempt) if it drops below 1p but if the farm out keeps dragging on then the binary bet is only going one way given how much they are paying themselves for achieving very little.

It's nothing to do with the system, the BOD determine their own salaries and they have somehow decided that delivering several dusters in a row and a decimated share price somehow deserves a up to 100% pay rise, paid for by us. That's not comparable to a premier league footballers salary, which is decided by the team that employs them.

Of course all will be forgiven if they deliver TE-10 and a LE, so probably not worth getting too worked up about at the moment, let them get on with the testing. Wait, and raise hell if they go on to earn the king of the dusters title.

We need a positive RNS tomorrow, and there's a couple of big buys today that would hopefully indicate that we will get one, there's not many people would buy 33million shares without having heard some good news was on its way, who knows though there have neen many false dawns here! The lth deserve a rerate. It wasnt that long ago we were at 0.2 and thought that was way undervalued (think it was around the darwim days), there's plenty of scope for a multibag here with a bit of luck for a change.

Nice to see a bit of blue here for a change, hopefully some good news tomorrow to end the week and kick off the long awaited rerate!

You could of posted a very similar list and timescale at any time over the last 3 years, that's the problem with prem now. GR the carrot dangler has ran out of new carrots.

agreed our only hope at this stage is circum cpo, and that is reflected in the share price. if we'd used GR's wages to pay off the zim government we might of gotten something done with rha by now, unfortunately GR is happy to remain the only one making any more out of prem!
