UP UP AND AWAY!!!! Strap in tight team, the rollercoaster ride has bottomed out and we are climbing for the top. Caught up with CSquared the other day - smashed a few pints together at the GP in Monaco. He popped onto the yacht I bought when took profits at 26p back in '16. Classic Calverbantz: that time A2 never spudded, the time we bought a drill bit that could only be used in deserts, the geologist who missed a decimal point - you know the score, the man should be on stage - totes hilaire! Anyway - entre nous, and on the QT - the amount of black gold in that new well is off the scale - I can't see this being sub-100p by the end of H2. Our time is now, IN CLIVE WE TRUST!!!!

Back on the wall after a while. Flawless and I have been on the smash in Costa Rica after ‘that’ trade in a certain chipmaker. Just to say, the fundamentals in CASP since my mate overheard someone teeing off at a Spanish golf club who knew someone who apparently read something over someone’s shoulder haven’t changed one iota. It’s a bolt-on racing certainty. I sank five bags in at 26 and have never looked back. Management know what they’re doing, just a question of drilling deeper until they hit the black gold. TEAM: Time to share you some MASSIVE intel gleaned from a trip to the Costa a couple of weeks ago. I happened to dining in a high-end restaurant that you won't find troubling a TripAdvisor top ten. The clientele were Spanish, apart from myself, my dining partner and a table of three near us in the corner. I couldn't believe my ears as RXP and CASP dominated the chat. These three were clearly in the know - anecdotes harking back to the famous frozen drill bit episode of 2016, and more mention of the word 'spud' than you'd hear in your average chippie on a Friday night. Make no mistake - these guys were high-rollers. I counted a remarkable eight, yes, EIGHT, courses, over a 3-hour feed. The wine choice was remarkable - TWO bottles of the Belondrade and the final meat course was paired with a Roda 1. Sheesh! Suffice to say that I am in NO DOUBT which way CASP is headed. At least �1 by Christmas, possibly �2. Who were they? Who knows? I thought for a long time that the shorter one was FK himself, but I can't be sure. FK - can you confirm?
