EUA aren’t a distressed seller, with the precious metal bull cycle only starting the mining companies are set to enjoy the years ahead. This is not only a mining company of extremely valued and used metals but also extremely cheap to extract, easy (unlike South Africa) and not as far away

Major players will be wanting to buy this. If anything it can be assumed eua have been so inundated with offers of various structures that they’re smiling cheek to cheek with a Cheshire grin- wondering which of the mega offers they’d wish to cash out with. A full sale or large dividend is their way out as major shareholders. They want what’s best for shareholders, which is THEM! And I think they’ve done it.

NDA means they can’t tell us much. That’s what’s frustrating to some. Yes it would be nice to get an RNS saying “yes we have the offer, just wait for 3 weeks for the paperwork to be complete and we’ll RNS” lmao but that isn’t happening

1 month ago we had non-binding offer confirmation. 1-2 months after (within the next 4 weeks) is not a long wait now at all.

AC didn’t sell under his name, the transfer of shares was via Venus, who had a contract with eua for services which has expired. AC legally was allowed to shift them via Venus. Sorry, those like Welshconnection if you were margin called - it’s sad. But it’s the risk you took, perhaps you’ve learned your lesson gambling like that! Nobody is to blame but the person who took the risk doing such a thing.

Mm hames , the drop, even the transfer of shares this late in the process wasn’t ideal. Understandably some want answers but we got them. Easier to point the fingers and others but a lesson for those betting in such a fashion.

My take away from Alexei Churakovs sale was Nandos. Now the tax affairs are sorted, expecting the big one imminently.
Last company update clearly mentions where this is heading. Easy multibagger. Sat on my more than modest investment - only ever added - a deal will happen. I think any potential sale is weeks away

They drop the price right before raising it (and spiking it). Probably how mm’s make their money during periods of “lull”
Bore the pi’s. High UT, then the following day 1% down to appear as though we’re red. Then when volume dries up, a cheeky Lil’ drop to shake the nervous, then spike up to entice the sells the following/same day.
But we’ve seen when mm’s raise price and we etch past 30. It’s a snowball effect, true FOMO and monster buys push the price up again. It’s doubtful anyone will sell at that stage when it rises.. why sell at 30/35/40p when Offer Announcement is so close

Can see this happening sooner rather than later.. Crack open the rum

Trying not to be a Ramp.
But it was actually due to a vision. A premonition, some may say, of a sale paid.

Additionally:
1) DLA piper - haven’t been working on nothing
2) FSP - ‘won’t last forever’ if there was nothing from it UBS/DLA wouldn’t waste any time
3) multiple non-Binding offers - check
4) the next step is known - and it was due to arrive late 2020 and was subject to covid delays. Honestly speaking this would’ve been sold already had it not been for a few niggles. It’s all in the RNS, just read between the lines and see what they’re telling us
