If I recall, last week or the week before when the SP dropped to £1.25 or £1.35, wasn't that due to a large purchase at a preferential SP that Argo had done as part of a deal? Apologies that I'm not using the right terminology here, I'm sure someone will correct me, anyway, my point is that could the same thing be happening again? Its just a thought.
Usual de-ramping. Most on here are reasonable people. Rome wasn't built in a day. Personally, I ask questions because I'm inquisitive and risk aware because of my day job, and I hope my questions informs other people's decision making. If I ask a question, and there isn't an answer, then I hope the company take note and work towards the answer.
I also do not care if it's one BTC or a 1000, the company have said what they have and I'm still invested here because I like what I've read and heard. If people don't like it, then don't invest in it, but take your negativity elsewhere (stockwits by the sounds of it), or better still, don't comment at all.
"At least Musk is off air now"; funny! For those of a certain age, I thought there was a very good chance of a "Gerarld Ratner" moment with Musk on SNL.
It would be good if some sort of medium term plan was visible on the website. The short term information on the website has been really informative, and hitting dates or thereabouts, and keeping shareholders updated during the early days gives shareholders confidence, which is perhaps not as necessary with more established steady businesses.
As a few of the regulars on here have said, we can expect tokens, an OTC listing, and some revenue, all of which we can reasonably expect anyday from tomorrow and over the next two weeks.
What is the strategic plan beyond May to keep shareholders invested, new ones investing and the share price increasing?
Yes, its absolutely reasonable; a week either side of the 4 week mark, so anything from 3 to 5 weeks (4th week in the middle obviously), so the 10th to the 21st (the next two working weeks from this coming Monday) is a reasonable expectation.
If anyone is playing the dip now, they could easily miss out (been there and done that) as the OTC RNS could land any time in the next two weeks, so best of holding in my humble opinion.
I read it differently, as VLRM appointed a firm on the 6th April to make the OTC application and the application was submitted on the 19th April. See below:
Here is a snippet of the circular, "London, UK, 6 April 2021 - Valereum Blockchain Plc (AQSE: VLRM), the Cryptocurrency Finance, Defi and Blockchain Technology venture builder, is pleased to announce that it has appointed the corporate and securities law firm Galanopoulos & Company to act as the Company's US OTC Markets Sponsor. Galanopoulos will work to have the Company’s ordinary shares cross-traded on the OTCQB Venture Market ("OTCQB") in the United States. This will be in addition to the existing listing on the AQUIS Stock Exchange in London."
Then on the 19th April, the application to the OTC was submitted. Here is the snippet of the circular, "London, UK, 19 April 2021 - Valereum Blockchain Plc (AQSE: VLRM), the Cryptocurrency
Finance, Defi and Blockchain Technology venture builder, advises that the Company's US OTC
Markets Sponsor, Galanopoulos & Company, has now submitted the application to OTC Markets
in New York to facilitate the cross-trading of Valereum’s ordinary shares onto the facilities of the
OTCQB in the United States.".
Just got back home, a busy working week it's been, so I'm glad to see the SP still above 30p (my average is 30.8), and nice to see D-B back (and I also understand where @willhi02 is coming from, I share the same frustrations too).
Other boards are absolutely terrible, so I'm pleased to see that whilst we all may not agree with each other, the debate has been relatively civil; some of the other boards resort to a pack mentality, bullying online, swearing, mocking, etc. But I guess that's to be expected when you have extreme behaviours of ramping and de-ramping which is equal to their use of language and demeanour that sets the tone and culture of the board. So I'm glad on this VLRM board that this has been resolved in an almost healthy manner. Hopefully the reasonable culture continues when the SP rises, though I fear it may also give rise to newcomers with equally extreme behaviours; funny how price volatility and rise of SPs is equally echoed by the behaviours of those that invest in it.
Sorry to ramble on. Bella, I'll buy you a drink if you let me when I hit my 6digits on here (after I've paid my mum back, oh and my ex-wife wants two new bathrooms too).
I did read the foreign OTC applications can take 4weeks, so it could be any day from now up to another two weeks max.
Anyway, good night all.
Oh no, D-B, don't :(
I have a dream, that one day, as I awake and open the HL app on my Pixel 4a, as my eyes scan down for my Valereum stock, that I will see the beautiful sight of blue coloured digits on my screen of not 5 digits, but 6 digits.
Let that day be today, if not, it will be tomorrow or next week, for I am patient, and I will wait for VLRM, for it is the gift meant for us all.
Amen :)
That's what we've been missing the last few trading days; an end of trading day summary from Dom-Bella :). Bit of an institution on this VLRM chat that leaves us feeling positive for the day we've had (whether up or down) and positive about the day to follow. VLRM, va va voom. Thanks D-B.
should we expect an RNS stating that Monecor are out as confirmation that they indeed are, or does it not work like that?
If indeed Monecor are out, is the expectation the Share price would rise a couple of pence based on that alone?
@Chimers: Thats great for everyone that AJ do that. It can come down to internal governance being different within the two companies. No two companies are the same.
Personally, I'll stick with HL as the customer service was the reason I went with them and they've been great, so I'm very content and I'd get frustrated with anyone else. But its a great shout for anyone else that wants to trade within their SIPP to consider AJ.
I trade on HL. You can set a fill or kill online (which is either £11.95 or £5.95), or phone in to the broker desk (what I do, and its 1% of the value up to a maximum of £50). You can buy it within your ISA, but not your SIPP (due to government regulations).
Not sure if its a good or bad time right now to say "bring on 1430hrs, the yanks will save us".
Said in jest. Forgive my dry british humour, couldn't resist.
Eventually Arb will come good. SPs go up, they go down, they go up, they go down, then they go up, down, up, down, no big deal.
My fauxpar. Apologies. I trade a lot of AIM stocks, so easily mixed up in my case. VLRM is listed on the Aquis exchange.
Hands up on that one.
Probably @Jungmana, it's unfortunately the nature of many investors involved in this space, though only 64million shares out there which is a positive, and this is an AIM stock, so in the short term I'd agree with you (must be the same for most AIM stocks starting out), but over the longer term the company and investors should win. Like I said though, it's an AIM stock, so whilst you could forgive people for not doing research (if their thinking is short term), but you'd kind of hope they'd at least know which exchange they are purchasing on; that's kind of basic.
As a shareholder and if you're new to all of this like me (though I'm pretty tech savvy, and have a legal and finance background), this is an absolute must listen too. VLRM is the first topic and David Lenigas talks about VLRM for about 12mins. David talks about his own share holding of VLRM stock, Vinay Gupta, the OTC listing, why only having 64M shares in issue matters, and what VLRM does (at a basic level, thankfully) and VLRMs future. Its also worth listening to the guy after David at 21mins, in some ways its almost better than listening to David (sorry David) as he gives a very good overview of the market. Anyone can listen to this (a subscription is NOT required):

A big point of note was how different the US views the crypto market (positive) compared to the UK (who don't understand it), which is why the share-price expectation with the upcoming US OTC listing is very upbeat and bullish. This makes sense, as the US market is known for the Tech stocks.
