Couple of rehashes for this recovery stock.

If I'm honest I used to, too, when it was the in thing on here. But it all transpired to be just so much dross. If they have yet to buy shares back I shall be delighted.

The Ennismore thing is so old I gave up thinking about it, and shorting, and all that malarkey. Seems redundant. I wonder if the sites are to date. Anyway, I take the view it can't do us any harm now, and arguably there may be good in it.

Still, we know that Jefferies have been consistently considerably behind the price. So it seems to set a very much low. A bit of a guide perhaps in that respect only.

There is also the Ploutonic stuff to put in the mix, approval of acquisition by Caerus given by shareholders on 28th. April.

"We are seeing signs of shortages of materials in certain areas, as reported previously, and input price inflation remains significant in some categories. We have navigated these uncertainties successfully to date, despite some longer delivery times."

That is very good news, as concerns over product availability are the only construction concerns I have read being reported. They are on the up, and gaining market share, which is what I had as the main objective this half.

The Company's in-house and uncertified estimates are ca. 15 million tonnes ("Mt") in all categories of material within its portfolio, not including the >3Mt within licences owned by PR Ploutonic Resources."

To establish this "The ultimate objective is to identify and define projects within the Caerus portfolio that can be 'scaled-up' and prioritised into one or more Joint Ventures targeting profitable production using modern designs and waste processing technologies guided and financed by Jubilee."

Reporting regularly over the 6 months "· 6-month duration providing a rapid turn-around of samples and progressive release and reporting of results".

And if Jubilee decide it is worth their while, this will follow. "Any Joint Venture will operate on a profit-sharing basis after recovery by Jubilee of its initial capital expenditure and other 'up-front' costs"

It is an assessment, but a joint venture is obviously anticipated. That being the case, at minimum a substantial part of Jubilee's costs will be recovered early in that venture. Unfortunately, with perhaps sufficient degree of certainty, nor does the virus and its variants.

Another thought is that the greater cover achieved, the greater the prospects of becoming a takeover target - but I suspect a sale, if ever, is way down the road for management to achieve their personal ambitions.

I do not know what it is 'worth' to Blackbird, but they do and it is another instance of success for the main objective of volume at little or no cost each time. Success for main partners is a success for Blackbird.
