its quite easy to say they have done nothing but they work a business model of quite a low margin , which is passed on to the customer. but you only have to go back to when all the banks had call centers in india your details could be bought for 5p a name. i dare say they could have beefed up the security but if that wiped out the profit the business would cease to exist anyway . so its a fine balance will the customer pay extra for the cost of a better security system time will tell. but the question is how affected will the revenue customer base be when they report on the accounts little to no change i think disaster you think time will reveal all gla

i think you have overplayed the millions of customers case they care about service does what they pay for work and suit their needs,price what they v what they would pay with another provider and have their details been compromised its transpired very few were the rest is pr and press scaremongering . and lets be honest a lot of companies have been hacked its the world we live in unfortunately and could just have easerly of been sky bt or anyone the pentagon has been hacked . the good thing is they have caught the people involved and i dare say a harsh punishment will be given to set an example to others jmo of corse.

Was suspended and will be looked at again next year most of the big miners have cut the divi until better coms prices but ved is well placed for any upturn jmo
