Evening chaps,
How dare I ask this! BUT I was wondering if you guys could fill me in with what's happening here or maybe provide a small time line with whats to come?
I've been looking for new investments to add to my portfolio and KOD seems to keep popping up!
I know Africa is full other companies who are looking for gold and other minerals but what makes this company have the upper hand? I seen that the business has received backing from the Chinese but they seem to be investing in anything to do with Africa! I'm not trying to take the light away! just trying to understand.

Yes with anything, this stock was a risk. But the way Richard was going on with his meetings with ProActive just made it out like there results were going to be perfect. The company is a complete joke! Some of the BOD should be sacked. They are burning through money at the moment. How they can pay themselves high salaries is beyond me! If anyone does attend the AGM, stress how badly they have let share holders down and how they have made the company look like a complete joke. SP to hit 2-4p before BOD water down the share!

I can see us coming out of Chapter 11, some time in January.
Any good news will rocket this share. That's why the haters are sticking around! Why would they still stick around?

I know its rubbish! Mooky should of been kicked of the board many months ago.
This is very small fine to what it could of been. Mooky could of been sentenced (Still can). If anything this is good news. As much as i dont like Mooky, we need him to get us over the line with Chapter 11. As soon as we do come out of chapter 11. The SP will most likely rise above 10p.

Look at this way, if he was sent down for 2 years. We would be out of the game for good! We fight to see another day which is what Cineworld is doing right now. Just before covid Cineworld was trading at 300p. There is no way a business this size could of survived during covid without having financial issues. We are in recovery we just need a good batch of movies to help us along the path.

Anyway thats my view haha.

Im a big supporter of Cineworld. But this talk of £1.00 is a joke.
The company announced they are looking at selling the business! If this going to get anyway closer to £1.00 then this would of jumped to 20p-30p today.
The day traders are taking us for a fool just like they did a few months ago. We will settle back to 6p unless Cine release any good news which is possible.

This RNS doesn't change anything! the business is still foc*ed.
They are going to water down the sp to a point where no one wins. Funny how they respond quickly to the FT but have nothing to say about the other stories that are being posted.

I cannot believe the directors have lead us on like this. There was talk about how the recent movies were doing great in the box office! Talks about raising cash by listing the business on the US markets.
They should be ashamed, the family couldn't run a small shop never mind a chain of cinemas. The larger share holders should of kicked them of the board. Sorry to all that have made a loss today.

I take it the FCA are yet to approve our licence before we can release new products to the market? For Jake to say we will release new products in the coming weeks. That means the FCA have or will be approving the go ahead this week!

Not sure if SNG will hold out. I was hopeful that they maybe able to turn it around but not so much any more.
I'm just going to have to write of the 26k investment. Cannot believe they fo*ked this up!
They talk about we might of found something... Well you said that before. Even if they progress they will most likely water down the sp to try and raise more funds! All brokers are listing this as a no go.
Good luck to those who continue to hold but this is no longer an investment for me.

They will buy back in the future. We just got to let the business get on with it while we sit back and watch the SP grow over time.

Great price to be getting in at...
Does anyone know when Amigo will be re-authorised by the FCA so they can start lending again.
If they start lending again, this will most likely lead to share dividends etc...
