I'm normally the negative one!
We are just going through some stormy weather. Cineworld will most likely float on the US market.
The issue with Plex will be resolved with cineworld agreeing to paying around 200 million mark. Which will get resolved over the next few years.
Cineworld will most likely agree a longer payment term with its borrowers as in 20 - 30 years...
Most likely the share will be watered down some what so they can raise futher funds.
You got to ask yourself this.
- Are Cineworld back in business and making good grounds on recovery - Yes they are!
- Are Cineworld's run down and need maintenance. Nope, where I live they have completed a full refurbishment.
- Are movies still being released? - Yes they are, with bigger headliners expected next year.
Unfortunately this will be a long and painful recovery due to the board of directors mess. If it was up to me they could do with a shake up of who is sitting at the table and bring in some new faces who have a good track record in business.
Its not in any borrows interest to sink this ship as they just wont get their money back. In fact its in their interest to help Cineworld back on their feet so they can get a nice return on their interest.
I expect some kind of news from Cineworld soon about what their plans to try and solve this issue of funds!
Good luck all.
talking rubbish?? which part was i talking rubbish?
- the fact sng will be late to the covid party? (true)
- 50/50 gamble that the results were going to come through?
- the vaccine would out play sng (true)?
everything i said was true. some of you guys shouldn't invest... clowns.
@Doc83.. the price could jump back up to 80-120 if the results are good for ACTIV. Polygon will be selling up its only a matter of time now.
for the rest of these cheerleaders, I be back AGAIN to say I told you so!
They are trying to bring their avenge share price down from what I'm hearing. They will most likely sell off on the next big rise.
Concerning times ahead.
Im at a loss here too before anyone try's to kick off.
What options do SGN have left?
Thanks
Hi all,
Yes most markets are down due to Russia!
I take it we are expecting results this week? If the accounts look good what price could we see?
GLA
Mornings all,
Great news! When is the court date?
Other companies in the US have been told to put tools down on their current trials due to the number of covid cases dropping in the US. Expect this will be the same in the UK.
News to be released in the coming days. Expect this news to break the donkeys back.
Well cannot say i didn't warn you!!
If you think Polygon is going to bail you out! think again.
They are loading up on some shares which they will then sell on. Don't expect Polygon to stick around.
Expect a RNS feed this week about Polygon loading up on more shares. But like i said just now, dont expect them to stick around.
GLA
Here the reasons to why I think Cineworld has a strong future ahead of them:
- Expect RNS regarding appeal, which will help the SP.
- They will appeal the court case and most likely lose! (2022 - 2023), However they will be paying a lower fine.
- A list of strong movies to be released in the cinemas this year.
- Expect a better balance sheet in the next released accounts.
- 50/50 that Cine will be listed in the US. However if they do list in the US they will most likely raise a lot of cash to help resolve their debt.
I really cannot see how Cineworld isn't going to be on the up this year.
time to top up
Well I wish I had more money to top up with!
https://www.the-numbers.com/movies/franchise/Spider-Man#tab=summary
SpiderMan was a big hit! So many good movies in the pipe line too!
Yes cineworld has a rocky road to get back to the top price again but I can see them doing it. We may find that money may be abit low to start off with but can see Cineworld being listed on US market if they cannot raise more money without upsetting the share holders.
Here for the long term.
Could someone advise me if SNG have confirmed that SNG001 will support the new omicron variant? As this is now the worlds biggest virus which is spreading like wild fire! If SNG haven't yet confirmed that SNG001 will support it. I can see dark days ahead.
Looks like global covid cases are coming down. UK are leading the way with covid cases dropping daily!
Great signs that the vaccines are doing their job! Not sure if SNG will have a big market place or any place if numbers of covid cases keep on dropping the way they are.
Wish all those invested good luck. But cannot see this share going too far. I've said in the past that SNG was too late to the covid party and unfortunately they most likely miss out.
all the best
RS
From my point of view and experience, I think this share will be ok. If the company was going to call it a day they would of done so by now. They are clearly working on a plan moving forward to ensure everyone is happy.
Its a real good time to top up
Over the weekend I happened to visit a few Cineworld's on my travels.
And I can confirm they were BUSY! We even tried to see a few movies but the screens fully booked.
I would be shocked if the next quarter isn't showing a strong recovery. Expect this share to rise strongly over the next few weeks.
Good Luck! not sure the FCA will let this slide.
Take my word for it chaps! But the vaccine will be here as early December! I have good intel from a vip.
This should start to rise soon.
