KB: Ok so now you have spoken a lot about the pandemic response, but your equipment can do a lot more than that right.

GB Yeah..Originally before the pandemic we were working with Ecoli as a real-time detection with Ecoli and Modern water was going to be the conduit trough which we would have a distribution channel to take our Ecoli detection in drinking water, rather than there being a 24 to 72 hour response for detection. The same no applies with covid, but there are other areas which is ….erm… the likes of legionella, Salmonella, Ecoli, Norovirus, Adonovirus even opioids, and now we are also bringing in forever chemicals which a big issue that is getting more and more traction of what people realise that we are all now subject to the likes of these forever chemicals that everybody has. We are at that level of detection and capability. And these units actually have toxins, heavy metals, as well as chemicals and pathogens that we discuss earlier. So these are fully integrated units ... Not jus SARS-COV-2 absolutely not

KB: Lets talk about how lucrative all of this is, in regards to what it equates to in the value of these orders

GB: Ok, well…erm.. these are just..as I said.. 4 to 5 reference sites in each of these places.. er..erm.. you know..erm.. now I am not saying that this is confirmed or anything like that, but.. you know… there are…ahhh. A little over four and a half thousand wastewater treatment plants in the UK, erm.. last count there are around 80,000 wastewater treatment plans in China and growing rapidly, and China in particular, with our ongoing negotiations with China recourses for the distribution as well as manufacturing in china, that could…errr… be verry very big, very very quickly….So that is a five year plan by the Chinese state Government, specifically cantered on water, water pollution and drinking water for their population. So its…its..quite large

KB: And as you just said you are sending these to China, India and the UK, but what sort of customers are you working with

GB ermm … well the best way to actually describe it is …er…they are going into state regulated Water utilities…that is the best way to describe how they are going in there. But the data belongs to the states, so its not our data, they belong to …err. Each individual Country where they are installed…. And thats …er… serious encryption, military grade security behind all that, because it is, you are dealing the national security level of data, and no country wants that data sent anywhere else.

KB: And these are confirmed orders form customers

GB: Yes yes…yes they are indeed… we are not putting them on a boat in the hope …it definitely. these are going in, installed into places that have already bee identified… and … obviously the second generation in the UK are actually replacing the first generation which were retrofit… big shoe boxes… these are now assembled units in out cork based facility.

Gerard Brandon : yeah so this has been a long time coming I mean this has been really eleven months since we acquired modern Water, and while we have been working together since June of last year, this whole project actually goes back to February 2020 – a long time ago - when we establishes the Eco Water OS consortium. It was a wide range of technology companies as well as Water companies etc, but it was very much geared to tapping into the Modern Water distribution Chanell that was already there.

So back in February this year we had actually mentioned in an RNS that we had a $5m worth of orders and we were in production of that by the middle of this year, and these are new orders relating to the enhanced- what we now refer to as pandemic response equipment, which is the real-time detection of SARS-COV-2 in water. So we have been locked in NDAs with Sovereign States – we are not allowed to disclose the GOVERNMENTS elements of that – so we have now got to the point where second generation equipment – which is a fully automated, robotic assembly – once the units are in there they are automated – and we are now shipping them to China, India and here in the UK, So there will be 4 t 5 reference sites for each target entity, and for that purpose we are …this is the initial side of business.. so.. you know.. Rome wasn’t built in a day, we are on three continents very very quickly ..so we are thrilled, delighted with how its actually going

Devil - I am confused over the number of Pacific Nickel shares - the GUN website states

The announcement from May stated
Following completion of the acquisition of KNL by Pacific Nickel, Gunsynd holds no direct interest in KNL and has an interest in 1,945,757 ordinary shares of Pacific Nickel. Subject to Pacific Nickel satisfying the conditions noted above, Gunsynd will receive 1,137,984 Deferred Consideration Shares.

That leaves a discrepancy of 1,671,856 - am i missing something ?

Your assumption regarding the large order from Feb is incorrect. Firstly The original made it very clear that this order would be fulfilled in Dec, not 4/5 months in. Secondly the interims clearly stated that was still the case.
‘ The Company grew H1 2021 revenues by 231% to £3.319m (H1 2020: £1.004m). Production orders of £3.6m ($5m) for Modern Water equipment, announced on 17 February , contributed to an increase in inventories at the end of H1, ready to be shipped in H2 2021.’

Checking the increase in inventories it stands at approx £1.9m indicating that less than half the half year revenue was from modern water.

Recommendation 19: Improving connectivity and digitisation across all aspects of diagnostics should be prioritised to drive efficiency, deliver seamless care across traditional boundaries and facilitate remote reporting.

Your conclusion is nonsense. You have not made any allowance for H2 income when you (wrongly) state they only have 8 month cash left. Full year income has again been confirmed at £10m so H2 income will be approx £6.8m - Therefore even assuming additional costs for staff there will still be over £7m cash in bank - back to school for you my freind

The outcome of the deal is so large, the material impact is such that AIM Rule 11 applied where should information known to the Company, be released, but not to all shareholders, could have an effect on the share price, we were obliged to issue the announcement. Sometimes, it is not always our choice.
