Hi Taffy the letter to ( FROM ALECTO SHAREGROUP ) was sent to Mark Jones and the board clearly asking why existing shareholders would be exempt from the new £5 000 000 share issue in QUESTION 3 And would MR CHAPMAN be one of the favoured new investors if you type in ALECTO SHAREHOLDERS GROUP you can be sent a copy of letter SENT OFF I will be attending the meeting so rest assure I will ask MARK JONES are we to be exempt if yes then explain WHY ? hi just to clarify your chosen broker will register your attendance with your name when you arrive you give your name show your I D and they will then know all about you number of shares you hold etc and the way you voted

hi all just spoken with Hargraves Landsdown when I voted they registered me to attend the meeting to gain entry you must take proof of I D eg passport /driving licence hope this helps I strongly believe this will come good so keep the faith gla

hi gige I was just reporting what hargraves landsdown told me as I am attending the metting I would be annoyed if after travelling a 100 miles to London I was refused entry last night I spoke with a friend who is a trader with Hargraves Landsdown he told me that yes you must register yous interest of attending its the way it works by the way I know that Mcfirth is going anyone else ?

I cast myself and my wifes vote today(you must give 5 days notice for your vote to count before AGM apparently) the guy from hargraves landsdown told me you have to register your intent to get into the AGM you just cant turn up so I would check with your chosen brokers to get your vote in asap on monday

HI JEPh I will be attending the agm and will ask the question are existing investors to be offered the chance to buy the new offering ? if no then why not ? don't forget when we first invested we could only buy at around £3000 AT A TIME I personally hold over £100 000 so getting to that figure was a lot of buying at at such a small offering

I have just checked e mail sent to all from Olivia SHARE CONSOLIDATION every 300 existing shares being consolidated and then subdivided into one new ordinary share and one "A" deferred share the company will offer one NEW ordinaryshare in exchange for every 300 existing ordinary shares in exchange for every 300 existing ordinary shares so yes you will receive I new share for every 300 shares held not quite sure what the I new a deferred share means hope this helps off to hospital now to see my son gla
