it was 1 free share for every 300 held
when I met with MARK JONES not one thing he told me has happened
make up your own mind

when we consolidated 300 shares into one...we were supposed to have one free share for every 300 held

i QUITE AGREE FOSTER A we had the same situation with cradle arc shares suspended for 13 months with little board announcements as a large share holder of over £200 000 i attended the share holders meeting...(i was the only person present ) with there attendance ...all there resolutions were passed one of our larger share holders who was a solicitor started our share committee we all declaired our holdings and a letter of content was forwarded on the share holders behalf as a combined unit we started getting replies through there pr company if you never ask..you will never know ? i am in this for £57 000 if i am honest ,ive written it off but with your thoughts ..put in to practice forcing their hand may be the way forward

if you have shares here well done if not move on now ill have a walk through the estate hopefully expand it

i agree with your thinking on property mcfirth made my fortune in property my dear neighbour in spain is thinking of retiring ( well he is 82 ) hoping these shares may buy his land like my trees the blossom is now showing young fruit with patience we will all enjoy the harvest terry

YOU MUST NOW REALIZE this share is full of idiots dreamers...they speak of everything...but no nothing....ive written off �57 000...on this share...most dim-witted barrack room lawyers on here probably don't hold any investment what so ever just like the sound of their own verbal crap

i rarely post on here these days i invested in these shares for the long term i invested heavily in purple bricks and easy jet when the airline was trading at �10 00 a share look where they are now as i say you plant your sead and wait for growth i made my fortune in property in spain we own a small estate of 26 acres we grow olives and some oranges every year i watch the trees grow and bear fruit the stock market is no different choose a stock you beleive in and hopefully watch it grow now i bid you goodnight im taking my wife out to dinner

i was one of the larger investors here (�108 000) held while suspended since our relisting i have put in another �40 000 in my wife and my isas i also bought another �50 000 TO MAKE MY OVERALL HOLDING to �200 000 if the share price falls to 5p as you suggest i would put in another substantial amount i have every confidence in this investment you don't plant a seed and expect a fully grown plant overnight i wish mr Mcfirth had came to London i would like to have met him he appears one of the few on here with any genuine interest i am wintering in my Spanish home so i wish all genuine investors well believe in this investment it will pay handsomely

when I attended the last meeting ..at the reception I was asked if I had a passport as proof of id without some form of id entry would be refused ...

when I asked the question of the ( £5 000 000 fund raise) why cant existing long term holders have say £2 000 000 offered to them ? just back from London on arrival checked in at reception taken by security to floor 12 on arrival gave my name and was told I was the only person to attend I was asked to show id either passport or driving licence when I asked what if I had neither I was told I would be refused entry and have to leave so for future meetings be warned tight security THE MEETING there were 4 Alecto directors the guy who chaired and read all the proposals and a couple of solicotors ALL RESOLUTIONS PASSED MY QUESTIONS TO mark jones why if you are to raise £5 000 000 don't you raise £3 000 000 through your chosen partners and offer the remaining £2 000 000 THROUGH THE LONG SUFFERING PIs on here HE REPLIED WHEN A SHARE IS SUSPENDED it is illegal to offer a new share offering under some leagle term I noticed the legal people nodded in approval QUESTION 2 I asked when would we start trading he replied they hope to have the new fundind in place by the end of AUGUST when this is complete they will then apply to relist this could take up to 6 to 10 weeks so realistly where looking at late OCTOBER QUESTION 3 I asked about the very poor communications he assured me now we have a share site we will be given regular up dates all directors present agreed to this I found MARK JONES to answer all questions fairly he and the other directors strongly believe in the growth potential of ALECTO MINERALS and assured me all holders can look forward to fruitfull returns I have tried to report back with an honest report best wishes terry
