You are right though, all sides of an argument/discussion needs to be heard otherwise we would end up in a dictatorship... 'Silencing people doesn't work, it makes them more determined' I disagree with that statement to a point as in that I think it makes people bitter and aggressive, who weren't always like that and shouldn't have to be (not meaning you by the way)
