Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Thanks TT
Hopefully things will be clearer one way or another when results come out later in the month. I'm assuming we'll get a update at the same time on the Marine situation. Any positive news may even give the lackluster SP a boost!
Cheers

Hi TT
I think I'm right in assuming you've held these shares for quite a while, why do the BOD get so well rewarded for a company that has a fairly small Mcap?
I wouldn't mind if the pay was profit related, but it just seems like salary?
Is PC' s salary just based on past glories or am I missing something?
Thanks
R
JohnnieW thanks for your reply.
I can see your reasoning re short term noise, I ment medium term view, apologies.
As a LTH myself, I see this as a completely different beast in 3-5yrs, (assuming a successful product range), hopefully as a independent entity, I particularly like the investment in a UK manufacturing base, let's hope this continues, because as a Country we need to rebuild our manufacturing base to compete globally.
The BOD's also appear to be making all the right moves which inturn reinforces my decision to stay fully invested.
Thanks again for your reply, it's always useful to have a range of views on why people are invested in a certain share.
Regards R
Hi JohnnieW
Just out of interest, after this week's yo-yoing in the SP, what's your view on how thinks are panning out. I know you don't like prediction's but where would you put your pin?
Fyi, I've been in since 30-40p days so pretty happy and will remain invested for the foreseeable future.
R
'Snap' on your binary bet.
It's almost like tpg is a employment agency that just earns enough to pay everyone well, apart from shareholders.
Still positive on the share, just.
Have a good weekend
R
Fatoomch, thanks for the link.
I couldn't see an mention of value, do you know how much the contract is worth & how long it's for. Apologies if I've missed it in the release.
R
All quiet on the Western front.
As they say, no news is good news.
Collins Aerospace is part of Raytheon Technologies. They also have within the group, Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
Some nice synergy's with nearly every group within TPG.
Interesting.
Morning all
Very quiet on the RNS & general PR news front.
I assume the new PR team's contract would be performance related?
Does anyone have experience of such contracts?
R
Hi OT
What are the tea leaves indicating for next week?
R
Topped up today, but showing as a sale on here.
Hi Lutra
Absolutely right about individual circumstances/timings.
Tpg needs a higher profile to draw in more interest, hopefully the new PR team are on the case.
R
Thanks for the replies.
Why would you sell at this level when there are so many upside plays within tpg?
Most of the sells are smallish amounts so I'm assuming PI's.
Haven't seen many large II sells of late so I'm assuming their happy with their investment.
It's a hold for me

Budget day, hopefully to include a push on green tech.
Could do with the SP moving in a northerly direction as it's easier to secure a premium price on sale assets when on a rising tide not an ebbing one.
Could anyone with more knowledge/ experience of these buyout/JV procedures, have an educated guess at a timescale, are we talking weeks or months?
Thanks in advance
R
Nice find OT.
Further into article, carbon capture / storage also mentioned.
Interesting times ahead .

R
Here's hoping the current market interest in tpg continues. 7p seems to be a resistance level here over the last year or two, personally I think quite a few PI's break even at around that mark and having been in for sometimes years without making a return, cash out & look elsewhere for improved returns.
If we can hold over 7p+ for an extended period new buyer's can replace the exiting PI's.
Always DYOR.
R
Sorry I should have stated Structures gauge not Track gauge.
Still good news for lth's
R
The issue is track gauge size, the European system doesn't fit our train stock, so a bespoke system has to be designed to work with our existing rail network & train confines. TPG has the experience to shoehorn complex kit into very restricted areas, I think that's our USP in this situation.
