Thing is when it starts moving the right direction, it will continue upwards (IMO), it will take a brave Pi to offload when sentiment changes. For my part there has been far too much good research provided, which seems to re-itterate the fundamenals we all bought into. I'm all in and 20% down which is disapointing to say the least however unless you sell you aint lost, just hope the boiler doesn't blow up!!
