What will be the process for seeking shareholders approval for the Special Resolution (number 10) proposal which allows future dividends to be ( hopefully) paid?

All in all nothing has changed, fundamentals remain sound and attractive as an investment for the medium / long term especially as a dividend was muted, however I felt the RNS and Q&A was, in hindsight, unhelpful and not required ( given this BB heated debate last evening). Listening into RP's presentation I felt it contrived, at times vague and defensive, IMO the SP would have remained pretty robust without yesterdays activity. The upside is our BOD appear determined to share the message with us albiet yesterday was a bit ham-fisted.
