This is an unmitigated disaster and thet is the best that can be said about it.

There is good news going to come here very soon as we tentative signs of the end to the property slump. It will however take some time before this feeds into cal because it is only when they sell a propoerty or the rent increases that they will reap the rewards. As capital prices increase rents will not be too far behind, so take the strain and hold on because when this is one to put in the safe.

Because this has become too small for some of the bigger investment houses to invest in. It has a very good portfolio and part of the dimunition in value is down to the a mass rush out. When the mass rush in starts they will rocket.

This is a very lonely board

It looks as if someone is taking a good look at AIB again. Any rebound in the States will be good fro M+T and it cannot be too far off now.

I like to see a share like this going up steady rather than taking wold swings. This will be a very fine share in about 18 months when nthe mproperty market begings to rebound in ernest.

Yes up 6.6% but down from a high of £3, these have a very long way to go and it will take a lot of hard work and a touch of great luck to push these up. However good man rick.

Why is this falling

This is the true test of Lenihan, sadly he is far from up to it, he is full of useless talk, but what can one expect after all he is Mary O' Rourke's nephew. There is not one business person of any note at the cabinet table in Ireland, but many there because they are their fathers sons or daughters (i.e. lenihan x 2, hanifin, coughlan, cowen). Worse than that there is no opposition and they can get away with steering the island down the tubes. The reason we have this turmoil is Lenihans incompetency.

A good kick in the arse is what they need. We wont see dividends for 100 years at this rate of going.

There must be no one tradin these shares, or someone is trying to push them down, any good news greatly appreciated RICK.
