RE: Ramping Ramping & More Ramping7 Sep 2025 13:51

You churlishly brand my cautiousness as “droll, dross, drivel, debbie downer poop.” Yet that “poop” has proved far more accurate than your own unwavering faith.
Since you started ramping this in Dec ’21 at 8.8p – even advising others that a price up to 7p was a buying opportunity – the share price has collapsed to a low of 0.23p, down over 98%. That’s not bad luck; that’s a reflection of both the company’s abysmal record and how completely wrong your calls have been. Sure, the SP has risen quite appreciably in the last month - but with the backdrop of reality that's hardly something to celebrate, the owner investors in profit will be anyone lucky enough to have bought a stake at the lows - most investors will still be underwater - yourself included I'd guess.
I’ve consistently advised caution, and the facts have borne that out: no revenues, constant slippage, repeated dilution, partners walking away, and shareholders carrying the losses. You, meanwhile, have forgiven and forgotten every red flag and failing along the way. I’ve yet to see anything to persuade me to do the same.
And let’s not gloss over the damage done. Some investors may well have taken comfort from your endless “ramp, ramp, ramp” posts and bought in at levels you championed. They’ve been badly burned. That’s the danger of blind faith and misplaced cheerleading in a company with such a dismal track record.
Dress it all up in MoUs, “optionality,” and “asymmetric risk/reward” if you want – but reality doesn’t change. This is a business with a long history of promises undelivered and shareholder value destroyed.
Only time will tell whose view proves correct. For now, the evidence supports my caution. We can agree to disagree until one of us is shown to be right. If I turn out to be wrong, I will be the first to acknowledge it – something I don’t recall you doing since you first began posting your misplaced support and abysmal buying advice.
