Prempunn . To me, this confirms a sale and not a loan to anyone.

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it has disposed of 11,677,755 ordinary shares in Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC providing the Company with gross proceeds of approximately £977,000. The Company no longer has a shareholding in Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC.

Maybe the question should be who bought them?

If you assume the 100k is theirs...no one can say that it's a boring combo can they!

I cant help but feel that the 'Get ou of Jail' card they hold is something to do with the fact that ALTE were the go between PRIM and PR1 on the original subscription... my ignorance does not help this, but does this give PRIM the Rule 7 waver that would enable PRIM to wriggle out of upon the sale of the 11M ? Have we all missed something so clearly checkable?

He's probably selling down taking the SP with it.... and yet no doubt the MMs are taking the sell's because funnyly enough they have a buy order on the books for near enough 18M !!

It happens and we pay the price for all the shenanigans!

I think a TR1 wont be far away..when it comes i think we will find the 100k seller is Matthew Beardmore / ALTE. He is milking this for every penny now...before the enevitable. They had the 6M left after the 11M sale so why not keep pushing us down...afterall he would now be totally Pi**ed off now after the last two days!

He had a cunning plan....
