Agree Jacksdad....that would totally mess up the plans and the SP ....its important that the issue is addressed without delay.

That's all that's needed...acknowledgement and understanding of Shareholders concerns...if he doesn't do that, any ripe minded person may think the two companies have caluded together as at present that has entered my mind!

If he does not acknowledge Pr1 shareholders concerns.No matter how exciting the near future will be for the company he has to say something and keep the faith and trust awarded so far to him from all stakeholders! Today please James...today!

Thats all they were obliged to say! and realistically they would have had to say something before the meeting regarding the issue!

They have needed it as cheap as possible as quickly as possible....mission nearly acomlished i would say! 18M is a lot of shares to have to buy!

Could possibly be a Joint statement on the way....its too cosy a tie up for one to act without the other knowing whats coming!

To know IF the subject will be addressed at PRIM's AGM.

We may see and i stress MAY see a very quick take off here...hence the volitility this morning!

Maybe thats why all concerned at keeping very quiet.... PRIM maybe just about to make an acceptable offer to PR1. Are we just about to be offered PRIM shares as part of a deal and thats why they need to buy a few back?

And according to my calculator the balance of shares that PRIM bought and sold was aound 6.4m ( Being held by a.n.other related party to BOD ) If that 6.4M has been being sold for an average of 5.5 - 5.8p then PRIM will have made a total profit between them in both sales to enable them to buy back...basically the sales we have just experienced are to raise money ( imo ) to buy back.....hopefully at an SP they can afford.... close to what they sold at! Am i barking up the wrong tree?

No way are they taking the SP up to anywhere close to where it should be UNTILL its at a point that could be very favourable to someone who HAD to buy ( cough! ) Underhand background dealings without a doubt....
