I am not aware that any invoices have actually been sent out as yet? I have returned the requested signed authorization to act, following the request on Saturday. As far as i understand that this will then instigate the expected invoice! Would i be safe to assume that this little bit will take a further 7-10 days to process RBM please? Thank you!

I think you need to do a bit more digging with a bigger spade! Start by looking at the last RNS and then try and work out what is actually happening right now!

Can I now ask you please will the Legal Team acting for the group be requesting that the Company and past and present Directors give notice to their relevant Professional Indemnity Insurers that potential Legal claims for fraud and criminal activities have comenced against them.

The only way for share holders now to re-coperate any funds is via the Insurance companies...especially if any are found guilty! IMO
