It is him that instigated quite a few legal chalenges against former directors of these entities...such as the Water Park for example for Financial Fraud. Please also bare in mind that yes there is one mighty great big loss on the books... but i for one look forwards to the day that the £100m Tax Loss will be utilised... do not underestimate the value to QBT going forwards into a shed load of profitibility, or being the cherry on the very rich cake that is currently in the oven for a subsequent take over!
