To me it is interesting that there is this gigantic opportunity in the market. And we have a business that is market leader in its niece but in demand field and as former CEO put it, no direct competition left or right....ONC has high proposal conversion rate, sitting on MSAs with so many of top Pharma companies where 80retention/ repeat business is there. Recently having undergone restructure and operates as lean organisation maximising outputs.....and this is where we are today...a mad scramble.

Something does not add up to me. I am thoroughly disappointed. Directors believe the company will keep going but acknowledge that the market thinks it won't.....

The show must go on guys. Strap up, bite on the mouthpiece and fight through this horror show. What a disaster

I burnt through my funds now....unless I get lucky on other trades I am staying put for now. I will review the latest report again to read through all this financing detail again. As mentioned before it looks like this was buried at the bottom of it all

I was also curious where you found this information regarding the IPF covenants. Is this in a recent RNS?

Statement is due. Realistic projections required. All investors are either jumping ship of cowered up and full of anxiety.

Question to the board. When will we create some shareholder value here? I want to say 'the night is darkest before dawn'.....but what if there is no dawn?

@upomega - with all respect - there is no money laundering here. I get the frustration though.

Seems like we know the culprit now: Spreadex Ltd reduced its total voting rights in Oncimmune from 3.84% to 2.68% as of 14 February 2025. Spreadex Ltd primarily operates as a provider of spread betting and CFDs. So Spreadex could either be directly shorting Oncimmune or facilitating short positions for clients, which ends up exacerbating the share price declines, creating unnecessary volatility and leading to panic and potential risk of new fund raise. Obviously reducing voting rights puts the downward pressure on ONC stock.

Given all the bullish sentiment - i have taken the opportunity here at 5p a share to buy in. This may be premature but I believe in Onc, and this tbh has given me the confidence that this is just a short position and reduction of voting rights causing this hysteria. Time to pump as this stock will be back on track with more updates from the business (so I hope).

Director purchases at these levels is something i now expect! The trade updates have been nothing but positive and the share price has been going in the opposite direction. Time to put the money where the mouth is

90 - 120 day payment terms is what is killing the business. These are really bad terms for a company without free cash.

Plenty of deals in the pipeline / 11 at proposal stage.

A couple of transformational deals / longer term.

Breakeven not expected anymore this FY but view to achieve toward end of calendar year.

1 mio available in cash but need to raise more.

I am deeply shocked but hope that this is something temporary and that this promising business wont end in administration but that there will be a financing partner that can see the opportunity ahead. I have to say the 6.9m down to 4 if lucky is truly bordering deception although i know that MG hinted in Oct that this was always a stretch goal set by Broker Cavendish.

This is really testing the nerves. But I remain hopeful.

Company valuations stands at 5.14mio when expected revenues are 4mio with transformative deals on table. Right now we need a statement.

Its either a massive Buy or a BUST scenario ...all hinges on financing.

Sad to see you go coalfired. I am not selling now. Stood in the rain waiting for long enough.....the breakthrough is right ahead of us.

Revenue more than doubled in FY 2024, reaching £2.7 mio, up 135% from £1.2 mio in the previous year.

Pre-tax losses narrowed to £4.0 mio, improving from £5.9 mio( I see this as a good signal).

ONC projects a 33% revenue growth this FY which will hopefully land at £4 million.

Overall strong revenue growth and improved financials,.. building momentum. I think 4mio revenue is cautious but will reach that breakeven point. At that point ONC is making money.

I am cautiously optimistic. DYOR

I probably need to contain my disappointment a little. There is probably nothing wrong with ONC - looking for cash, new transformative partnerships and collaborations and a growing pipeline. But the 6.9m revenue target was probably misused and misguiding here. Quite disappointed. That being said the company looks to be financially in much better shape.i did ask for a lower SP though. In this game investors hope for / expect the price to go up though :/

Agree 100%, Dr.Patience. Topped up again today with some gains from other trades. To be honest I wouldn't mind the SP remaining low for a little while longer. Been a great opportunity to lower my average which is finally starting to look healthy again. Phew...let's see

I will stop preaching - I think the numbers will be undeniably better in this upcoming (clean) report. Excl. the divestment of last year.

Whilst the company is on track to more than double revenue year over year we have a very humble 4x price to earnings ratio. I see that large investors that were on board previously have left and the shareholding is now thinly distributed with IPF (Robin Hood of investors) taking a major 20%holding.

We are in the valley. But having been invested here for more than 5 years at this point I know that the metrics as well as management team and the opportunity ahead is greater than it has ever been.

Unless a meteor crashes into Nottingham and Dortmund at the same time....I cannot see a rationale for the shares to tank further.

I blame this on the lack or marketing and the long waiting times.

Sadly the UK is not looking like a rose garden when it comes to its economic growth especially for small caps. But this business here is established and has put the required building blocks in place. They have an impressive set of MSAs with the top Pharma and Biopharmas out there. And it is simply time to execute against the opportunities.

I wish ONC well - but let it be said that the last few years have not been easy. I want to place my trust in the current team who will hopefully see this company grow tremendously over the next few years. How could they not? The TAM is hard to establish (in the double digit billions) as the product/service is applicable to so many areas and ever growing. And ONC is uniquely positioned to deliver at scale.

I encourage anyone to give mew new insights. Perhaps I am blind. I say it's a strong buy right now.

I do wonder about this 1mio share sale..... seems a bit large given the results will be published withing the next 2 weeks (I assume next week). Price has been moving downhill progressively since start of year.

What about you if you don't mind me asking? :)
