Everybody to their own choice on how to invest, Greets has been a staunch supporter of MTR for years, you are either a trader or take a longer term view. Why risk a position with MTR chasing a possible rainbow in GGP, you lost out on EUA, it could be the same if Greets sold MTR with all the impending news due.

I have a significant holding in Lion/Tally and can empathise with all the feelings expressed on this board. We are where we are but my main grievance is the lack of any updates and exactly what does CP do to earn his £175k salary.

Perfect summary bigbench, we are all under on this share, many (as with yourself) being well under. I believe that CP knows the frustration that we all feel and will not simply have arranged a Q&A to give the same answers as this would simply alienate shareholders even further. There has to be a clear timeline given on 20 February and whatever it is must be maintained.

Personally I don't think any of the BOD should retain their positions after all this, after all it is their lack of judgement that has led to this debacle. If the PI's get nothing then nor should the BOD, they should be instantaneously dismissed.

I have just caught up with events after some weeks away, I left owning just over 3.5m at an average of 2.88p and have come back to this debacle! I will continue to hold but as the loss is too great to crystallise. I empathise with many of the posts that are highly critical of this absurd deal, the BOD have spectacularly failed in their obligations relating to duty of care and protecting shareholder interests. I agree with many posters that the NOMAD has also not undertaken his duty of care in his advice to the BOD. This is now an absolute shambles with 150m shares being issued each time the company requires another tranche of money. What competent BOD would issue 750 million shares (possibly double with warrants) to get a meagre �7.5million in return. There simply had to be other avenues to explore within the wider Group where loan facilities should be available. It breaks of a Beaufort type deal and Northland should be asked to account for their advice given to the BOD over this matter.
