Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Yes, delivered yesterday, why do you ask?
Thanks. will follow up this morning in that case.
Once ordered online "pay by invoice" is the default/only means to pay. How long did they take to follow up with you to issue invoice/take payment? Ordered over weekend but nothing since...
I don't think so. I think it's to be read as the construction of the facility and the purchase of miners to go in said facility.
Now that would be something novel...
"An outbreak of common sense" but to want that AND combine it with Gov policy... lol
Now you know exactly who she is... arguably jumped the gun a little with the website update...
I'm pretty sure in time they'll be very happy with such purchases. I've returned to add to my position today (should have done it yesterday!) All I can say is that it wasn't easy to buy... but I could sell with a live quote which was strong throughout so I think there must be some big buying in the background.
Maybe coordinated as there was 1 buyer wanting to take the shares? A simple pre-agreed transaction which dealt with their tax exposure at the same time?
If AAA delist then any ISA holdings (not sure about SIPP) will have to be moved out from ISA to standard S&S accounts and you will be unable to sell so this is not a straightforward deal for a lot of BOOM holders... you also lose that portion of your ISA wrapper when transferred out and you cannot replace it.
I struggle with not entertaining any other offers unless over £25. If I was happy with £12 and someone else offered me £15 it would be stupid to decline it wouldn't it? You may feel that it worth £25 but if you accept £12 you accept £12... Once wrapped up into AAA it'll be harder to ever see £12 become £25 transparently at least and ties you in to their journey.
I'd love to be selected at random to take part in an Avacta trial...hoping I'm in with a good chance as twice been selected for brain poke research participation...and declined!
Wolf - you'd think but seeks all withdrawal options are suspended for GBP.
Potentially possible to take EUR out but then I think you'd need to sell out Crypto to EUR rather than GBP and also then have a EUR denominated bank account and then convert back to GBP. A propper PITA!
Steve - no, the trigger to crystallise CGT is the sale of a (any individual crypto I.e. BTC/ETH, for another Crypto or back to Fiat), not the act of withdrawing Fiat from an Exchange.
I think a lot of people do not understand this and potentially exposed to significant CGT penalties if/when HMRC find out, and find out they will...
The tracking of buying/selling/associated fees etc is actually pretty complicated and can only be tracked by using dedicated software to ensure the CGT pooling rules are applied etc.
You can deposit but has anyone tried withdrawing Fiat/GBP? My concerns are will I be able to extract GBP to pay my CGT bill when I need to?!
Not quite sure where I'd find £xxxk to fund that if I can't! Unless HMRC start accepting Crypto...
My employer has opened up the office 3 days s week for the last few months and people have been going in despite the direction to "work from home where you can". This largely due to pressure from Snr Mgt to be seen to be in from what I can see. There's supposed to be 2m distancing and limited numbers etc but there's no masks and from what I've seen on video calls the distancing is not being observed properly with people sat right next to one another and people standing over shoulder looking at screens etc.
There is no testing other than "you can get tests from gov" so who if anyone is doing them (accepting the Innova aren't accurate). No one knows and I doubt hardly anyone.
They're hell bent on getting everyone in day 1 when gov relax restrictions. I've been thinking surely they need to be doing more from a H&S at work perspective.
I'm really not keen to go in to that situation but the pressure will be there and growing.
What does what mean? Permission to reproduce the article? Surely just that. The company probably had input to it and approve of the content and want to get it out there to more eyeballs other than just Shares Mag subscribers. Shares will also benefit as people may be made aware of the publication and subscribe.
Yet....
Jimmy, are you viewing this in "Thread" view? If so just move on and ignore this thread, if not, then I recommend using it so you can cut out any "noise" you don't want to hear.
