We'll See I suppose, but I honestly don't know where all the negativity is coming from , as far as I can see they were trying to push out as quick as they could so they could cover there cost as they go in bit size pieces and obviously Brighton and London are potentially very big earners, and now they have an injection of cash they can take there time and make sure the launch is done right. May take a little longer but it won't be that long and the potential is massive!

The saddest thing is, if there hasn't of been a deal with the change being made share price would be well back on the rise!

Hopefully it's rubbish, But an unconditional completion date is usually an unconditional completion date, my only worry is that big businessas seem to set there own rules, in the very same way that they make a brilliant partner for what they can bring you wouldn't really want to be on the wrong side of them, so if they were to decide they'd found some loophole....... Yes ordinary customers try it all the time place deposits have a change of heart and try to wangle it back! Hopefully your right it's just a little niggle

I've reduced my holding down to an amount I can comfortably leave for a few years so I'm not to worried either way now, completion will just be a big bonus. My only real concern about negotiations is that there trying to find a way to wangle there deposits back!
