This is different platform Art, if your charging the restaurant instead of the diner you need to give said restaurant choice of discount. Also the lower the discount the higher the earner for us.
Personally I think it will make a big difference.

RT that's a post I can get behind 100% ish, personally I think there is a place for the TMs and maybe even Sanj but much further down the line when restaurants have been added in volum.
This should have always been started with telesales.
And my biggest irritation is the varied discounts not being available yet, if you're putting the team together for the love of god give them the tools!

Although I could be Wrong but I think Sanj previously built a company from 6000 up to 35000 so no real pedigree on true start ups where as Tom started with 250 up to 6000.
Maybe Sanj can come back in a year with his TMs

How can there be a better time?
Christmas is one of there busiest times so they don't need us, meaning we are wasting no time getting the office set up and training done!
Christmas is a very short period which will soon be over and followed by the quietest period of the year.
By which time, in just a couple of weeks we'll be well positioned to take advantage with our new telesales team and jump all over it.
Obviously this will always be a bit of a punt, but they now have a proven telesales manager at the helm and if he can do his stuff, For a 3rd time?
At these levels and with a small investment This could be life changing over night!

Fair enough but You do seem to be in the minority, and by the fact it has been interpreted differently shows it was open to interpretation! And when they are trying for more clarity was a bit of a shot in the foot!
Personally all I think it was just saying as we already new, they have plenty enough money to get this thing going but maybe not enough to reach full potential.

I completely disagree with that Art, as upsetting as it is to do ,I think the management have realised there strategy has not worked out, maybe fine for small towns and for slow steady build up, but never going to get the big numbers in.
So they have revised it and have now got a strategy that should really get things going!
Maybe when there's a good number on board they can go back to the tm idea, when it's just topping up!

Completely agree Drax re taking a few weeks for real progress to kick in, but for the the patient few of us that have put up with so much disappointment, I am hoping at least for a podcast/ mission statement from the new CEO next week!
