I would imagine a few may have left as they had been signed up by TMs that they had built a relationship with, which was the point of the TMs, and now they have realised they have been let go don't necessarily want to stay in the new regime.
Unfortunately you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs and the only way thus is going to work is to add restaurants in bulk and the only way to do that is with Telesales, and they are doing well!
With the first chain going all in this week this has been a brilliant week, and will be a massive use to convincing more chains to come on board.
Once we have an actual platform of restaurants to work with it may then be time to bring back TMs to fine tune.
A brilliant week even if some seem intent on taking the shine off!

No I'm definitely of the opinion it needs to be either county's or individual towns not a confused combination of the 2, although given a choice I would choose county's until there are enough restaurants to warrant individual towns. Just less messy. But as long as it's one or the other I can live with it.
