Jack, you come across gas someone who missed the boat at GGP! Given I be been invested in GGP for some 3 years (average 1.2 and not sold a bean) I have rode the ups and downs of the Newmont days etc. . . And arrived out the other-side with a far better understanding of the mining sector and let me tell you it’s not a bed of roses.
ECR is at present but a punt with benefits, if these benefits transpire then this could be yet again a long term hold with a cash up-side to match. However, these plays are based over a long period of time which many will not have the stomach for.

Hence my reply, mining companies are complex and proving up resources are a costly/timely business.
GGP’s JV with NC is a match made in heaven given its locality to Telfer , a JV with whoever here will prove to be very different. A buyout would seem the better scenario.

My own thoughts are as follows.
~ No drill programme as yet.
~ Therefore no results.
~ Possible JV will take place only on drill results.
~ Always with these companies fund raising is never to far away.
~ CB 8 billion dollars on resource would be years down the line.
I like the opportunities this company could possibly deliver but feel some are running before the starting pistol is even in the hand.
