Sabbine Hossenfelder is a theoretical Physicist and mathematician, so needed help from the climate scientists to make this video, but it clearly shows Clauser doesn't know what he talking about and he lies about what is in the IPCC report.

He starts by building a straw man argument which is completely ridiculous and thus his theory is nuts, but it's all covered.

You have a definite feasibility study, to closely define the costs for construction.

You can do that if you are going to get the money without going to banks.

However a Banking feasibility study is required when all the finance isn't available and a proportion is going to be lent from a financial institution.

However the reason for my reasoning is we have travelled so far down the path to production, that we must continue.

At the last minute we may well get a bid, and a reasonable on at that.

It's just up to now, we have had no indication that this is in the pipeline.

I suspect that as we have the expertise on board, the plan is now to raise the rest of the finance and hand it over to a civil engineering outfit to construct Cascabel.

For me it would make sense that G mining are the outfit we will engage, as they have designed it in a way that they can build it.
