Also the calculation comes out about 5-12 pence.

calculate Net Asset Value (NAV), you need to determine the total value of an investment entity's assets, subtract its liabilities, and then divide by the number of outstanding shares or units. The formula is: NAV = (Assets - Liabilities) / Total Number of Outstanding Shares/Units.

Addicknt 100% of NAV values us at 10 pence per share.

I thought that might be the case.

I do agree that NPV is a better measure as it gives value to the resource.

However because of the way the shareholdings are distributed in Solgold it makes a bid very difficult based on NAV.

Unfortunately I think we still have some time to run until we cash in at a profit, as I believe we have to go the whole way and start construction.

So guessing I am waiting for the next news on financing options.

I put forward the idea how we could raise the money some years ago.

This was from offtake and loans.

Slug, DBW and Redknight ( known as the three stooges on here ).

Were saying it was impossible, that under no circumstances could Solgold raise the money required to build.

I thought we may get more from loans, but the offtake has given us time, as although the more expensive option long term, it does keep interest payments lower.

Once we have an open cut, we become self financing and get to dividend payments faster than expected.
