Earthling, I just watched the Cornerstone interview you posted, it completely makes my point. CGP, will not act in concert with BHP, they want to be brought out. On the figures he mentions, BHP or anyone else won't pay it.
Please show your calculations on the 3 figures given in the interview.

This is about understanding how to value a company, not what the share price currently is. Yes I would like it to be higher at this stage, but it's really unimportant.

It's 15% of ENSA and 7.6% of Solgold.
Therefore as we own 85% of ENSA then the calculation is 0.85 times 7.6= 6.46% plus their 15%= 21.46%
Then solg own 85%, so the equation is 92.4% times 0.85 = 78.54%
The reason it's 92.4 %for Solgold, is that is 100% minus the 7.6% that CGP own.

So 78.54% plus 21.46% = 100%
So they are telling the truth.

Schlemiel, this is inaccurate, as the dates you quote, were when Alpala, was much smaller, as we started to expand Alpala, the PFS was bound to be delayed, as for May 2019, we didn't know the extent of outcropping.
There is no need to delay the PFS, we don't have long to wait.
I believe it will be here by next Tuesday, even though we are still drilling at Alpala.

Miagi I agree with you for this reason. Anyone can bid for CGP, apart from BHP. So if anyone thought they could buy CGP, with the view to bidding for Alpala or Solgold, they would have done long ago. As I have said many times, we can be defended in so many ways.

I don't know all his feelings on this, as quite wisely he doesn't speculate on price.
I am not so wise, so I think after PFS, we are in the region of 2 pounds to 2 pounds and 50 pence, I know this is above DBW's question of 1 pound 50 pence, earlier on today.
I am not speaking for addicknt, but he seems to understand ( maybe more than me ) how to value a company.
Anyhow, I don't believe I am too far off what addicknt would value this at, as I don't believe he is in the under 1 pound crowd. ( I could be wrong )
So if I have got this correct, then I am in agreement with addicknt, and the this is going to be sold crowd.
I have always said this could be sold, but not cheap. ( this is getting boring repeating this ) I just believe the most likely outcome, is we take this to production.

Schlemiel, if he is such a well respected journalist, he would check his facts. This is a CGP propaganda piece, dictated by CGP. How do I know you ask. He has said that BHP ends on the 19th October, only one company says that, and it's CGP.
