Ingo is doing the finance arrangements for Alpala, I think Franco Nevada will play a part, but I also believe a lot of this will be debt funded, I believe the projects that are proved up, we can finance, as it doesn't all have to come from one source.

Why enter into JV's .
In fact it's cheaper at every stage, not to enter into a JV, as we would develop as individual projects, but could use the teams to crossover and save more money.

Also could someone tell me, why we require a JV, as what would the other party bring.
We can design the mine, we can finance it, we can build it, and we can run it.
Not only NM saying no to a JV, but no reason we should enter a JV.

I thought incorrectly that CGP would accept the offer as it was generous.
However, they now have a problem and unsure what they are going to do.
As NM said we would get ENSA one way or another, I presume that we are going to wait for them to default.
I have no doubt, that CGP, will put out an announcement over the coming days.
