RE: It seems22 Feb 2021 13:12
addicknt we have constantly seen that the route to production, is in the hands of the company.
The reason we don't have a bid is the diverse book would stop a low bid.
I will expand a bit, as I know you don't understand this point.
Below is only an example:
Let's say BHP put in a hostile bid for 1 pound a share.
It doesn't matter how many PI's sell out.
What needs to happen is BHP require NCM, DGR, Tenstar, CGP and possibly NM to sell.
NCM will not sell, as they want to increase their stake, for future profits. ( £1 a share values us at 2 billion pounds roughly, vastly undervalued )
The only one that might sell is CGP, but that is not certain, as if they bring Alpala to production cheaper and faster, they may well change their strategy.
The point is the names mentioned above, know the value at PEA, and unless the PFS reduces the value of the PEA and says it is not worth as much, then why would anyone sell.
I don't for one minute believe we will get a bid. The reason is they need to start at the PFS NPV, and although we don't know that, I don't believe this will be under 2 pounds a share.
