The way to do this is to make Russian currency transfers illegal in the Western banking world.
This would mean all trade stops with Russia and we confiscate Russian assets linked to Putin and his Cronies and the world uses this to fund Arms and aid to the Ukraine.

HYPOTHESES & CONCLUSIONS are what we call theory, but in order to get to a scientific theory , means a peer reviewed study has to be challenged on every level and the observations which are either directly or indirectly observed have to stand up to scrutiny of the highest degree.
On global warning it's not 5 years, it's millions of years and we are talking about the difference of man made global warming against nature.
It's absolute fact as we can look at the observations and scientists can only reach one conclusion.
If you know different please put your observations in a paper and submit them to NASA or maybe even NOAA.
I have done in the past as an amateur Astronomer and have my observations listed.
