But for your benefit I will rehash my argument.

Firstly the diverse book means the attempt to buy out Solgold, means that they must secure blocks of shares from stakeholders who won't sell cheaply.

Next no one is going to make a bid if they cannot secure most of the blocks of shares.

So what do I count as evidence: It would be that a single entity owns more than 30% of Solgold shares.
Even that doesn't mean their will be a bid. But it makes it more likely than the current situation.

Addicknt of course not. We are open to a full bid, but that is not going to happen for all the reasons I have said.

Articles in journals and broker notes have been predicting a takeover for over ten years.
It's not worth the paper it's written on, as it's a pundits opinion with zero evidence.

It's understands the situation.
We are going to construct Alpala, their is no ambiguity.
You are hanging onto one phrase ( Plan A begets Plan B ) and dismissing everything else the company states.
Plan B only happens if we Construct Alpala.

Just look at the share price, even the rumor of a bid would mean we would be higher.
So not only don't we have a bid, we don't even have the rumor of a bid.

Good morning everyone. On the 20th April we had the long awaited PFS. It was what most of us expected, and to our surprise the share price has fallen.
Many people on here predicted a bid.
Our resident ras.cist who crops up in many guises, predicted a bid within a week. Well like everything else this individual sputters, he remains 100 percent wrong on everything.

So what happens next.

Well we progress towards the DFS and hopefully in that timeframe, we get an outline of the Alpala financing deal, if not by then, then very soon after.
At that point we continue to the BFS and we start construction of Alpala in a short space of time.
However with the PFS under our belt now, I believe we are talking to civil engineering companies, and we will engage the appropriate skills.
The reason I say this is twofold.
First we understand from the PFS the HLD and so we can ask the relevant questions, and they can supply relevant answers and preliminary costs.
Second only by going to this next stage can the LLD be designed and we can start construction as soon as funding is secured.

As Solgold have been saying constantly, we will be doing things in parallel.

Why ? Because everything is not on the internet.
A diverse share register used to be called the Diverse book.

Remember he said we would get a bid within 7 days of the PFS.
You certainly would not tick him up because of his judgement.
You and I and everyone else on this forum knows why his few supporters tick him up.

He is very much part of Solgold going forward.
You forget that NM was always going to step down and we were going to have a CEO who could take us to production, which again is what I said.

Agreed you didn't say which Christmas, but I think that's a mute point.

Addicknt you have constantly said we would be brought, I have constantly said we will not.
You said we would be brought after the standstill ended, then you said Christmas that year. You now say after PFS and many times in between.
So when I say I understand the reasons that we have not been bid for, you accuse me of being wrong. I have not been wrong, you on the other hand have been wrong every time.
I don't require cooperate knowledge, I am a Investor and have over 40 years of understanding on how companies enter into bids and the precursors. This is why I have been constantly correct and you have been constantly wrong.
But you know what, why don't you explain in your own words why you have been constantly wrong.

addicknt, again you cannot read what I post.
I have never said I understand corporate life, as I have never run a company or been a manager.
I have however other attributes that have made me a successful investor for over 40 years.
I know what I am talking about from experience, and unlike others on here don't need Solgold to be successful.
It won't change my life at all, apart from I will have more money to give to local charities and causes I care about, and of course leave more to my children.
Maybe this is why I can take a dispassionate view on any company I invest in.
But you believe what you want.

Agreed Copperpot, so many on here don't understand what a bid would entail.
If they did they would understand why we have had no bid up to now.
They look at other companies and draw comparisons. ( Very amateurish )
Some on here look at broker notes without understanding how broker notes work.
I post less nowadays, as I really don't want to argue with desperate people on here, trying to convince themselves mostly.

No bid will arrive until we have constructed Alpala.
After that we may get one, once a bidder understands the fundamentals.

Novice PI's are selling or the main holders are selling.
Which one is it.
Because someone's selling hence the current share price.

Addicknt correct, we are following plan A it's the main plan, hence the temp drop in the share price .
I agree if a full value bid arrives solgold will sell up, that's been true for the past ten years.
However for all the reasons I have given, we will not get a bid, as long as the book remains this diverse.
So we continue with the main plan, which is plan A.
