Well BHP and NCM won't be bidding for us.

What I am saying is at PFS we have a valuation of around 50P a share but at DFS considerably more.

Padmaster we will have an updated PFS so day 30% of NPV.
So, the math's and your see what I mean.

Think about it the statement is to increase shareholder value. It doesn't say over what period of time.
Getting the updated PFS on Alpala and continuing to DFS increases shareholder value.
Getting a PEA for Porvenir increases shareholder value as we have a stated NPV for Porvenir.
Partnering other tenements increases shareholder value, and bringing Alpala to production increases shareholder value the most.
We hopefully don't have long to wait. A bit more patience required.

Bubble NM has said eventually DGR'S shares would be sold.
He does not want a sale of Cascabel, quite the opposite.
As I said we are talking about partners.
This strategic review won't be just about Cascabel, it involves all our concessions.

May I remind people of everything we read yesterday.
Nowhere does it even suggest selling anything.

As it doesn't stop us running out of money, it takes us to DFS.
I suspect we may still take the CGP 30 million loan for exploration.

That's correct LunchMoney they can't, they can only use it to advance Alpala.
That's the nature of an offtake agreement.
They don't have 0.6% for all tenements only for Cascabel, so can only be spent on Cascabel.
But I know you are aware of this.

We got it for a 0.6% offtake for the advancement of Alpala to DFS.

If Alpala is not constructed, then this is money down the drain along with Franco Nevada's offtake agreement.

The 0.6% offtake agreement for 50 million can only be used to fund Alpala's DFS.
Why would anyone give us 50 million for Alpala and let us spend it on what we like.

He doesn't understand fund management and how their business works.
It's just the buying and selling of units in funds that contain Solgold.

As I said in an earlier post today. This maybe about the 0.6% offtake agreement.
He might have been in favour of BHP and NCM retaining their percentage so an agreed sale could happen.
However Solgold have been unambiguous, unless we get a full value offer we go to production.
It could be that simple.
