Waking Up

Interesting to see that Close Brothers just snapped up 5% of the shares. Whilst retail investors have been getting bored and selling, institutions are picking up the shares. I would expect a steady rise from here. Remember pre-Covid we were at 110p. Should be debt free this year and the dividend Should return next year.

Agree, thanks for the science there. There must be some linkwith mRNA which is why Moderna have been interested in Affimers? Probably for some other application then.

When I look into the Chemistry of how Moderna's vaccine works, it's all about proteins and mRNA. Affimers also work in the exact same way, ie interact with proteins and mRNA. I will be sending an e-mail to Avacta later today because I feel either Moderna has used Affimer tech without informing Avacta, hence impinging on the IP or Avacta already know but cannot disclose for some reason. If any link can be established, will have a huge impact on company and SP.

I thought that a few days ago after reading about Avacta and Moderna’s collaboration. Any announcement linking Avacta to the new vaccine would take the share price straight to 5/10 quid. Only an RNS can confirm. This would have a Material impact on the value of the company so they have to announce any link?

Surely ENW have more exposure to gas over oil? Jkx is in oil and gas, where as ENW is solely gas.

#enw and #jkx both good. #enw has a much better cash position and likely to grow fast through acquisition. Baron has publicly talked about #jkx, but I bet he is building up quietly in #enw

He might have to sell a few more shares to get the furniture !

good points Greg, I know so many people that are working from home now, including myself. Boiler is on all the time !! lol. Whereas before it would be off pretty much during the day.

Right I am just going to turn the heat setting up on my gas boiler, should help ENW!

If gas price went above 3100 we would be running on gas!

Not sure where the demand for gas is coming in the short term? Cold weather forecast would do it.
