Do you have a link to any popular reddit post referring to Cine? I am a holder but don't think this has enough retail backing to do a GME/AMC type of deal though i'd love for it to happen.

YTD there have only been 284 films released this year - in 2019 - 910 films where released.
Saying that 2022 is hot on the tails of 50% 2019 figures with 1/4 of the films released - Not every film released will be huge I grant you but each film released adds ticket/concessions value.

Average per release 2022 - 17m
Average per release 2019- 12m

If you were to made huge generalizations and and say 2022 released 910 films at an average of 17m per film sales figures would be 15.48b which would be 4.1b over 2019...All big IFs but numbers look strong just need more releases.

So currently Cineworld is the cheapest Cinema stock when compared to it's size and by a large margin - I currently don't have time to compare the debts of all these companies but from a quick glance total debt for AMC outweighs Cineworld.

As pointed out previously Cinemas tend to do well during a recession - Typically Retail/Resturants and Hotels do bad during a recession.

I am aware that AMC paid down 10% of their debt with 31% discount - Not sure how that reflects on Cine but okay pal.

Not only that the $8.9bn debt I believe includes the $4b leasing as mentioned here multiple times but selective reading - stating they aren't comparable shows how much of a joke you are squidward.
