You do NOT have to raise £30m. Your valuation upon completion of an RTO and relisting needs to be minimum £30m market cap. If you’re gonna try to deramp baselessly at least get the facts right.

Main market cash shell, zero debt. Earlier this year Steve Xerri & Richard Edwards (investors / capital markets types with a history of successful RTO's) bought up about 35% of the company at which point the company was actively seeking out appropriate RTO opportunities. Edwards got appointed to the board yesterday, suggesting they may be close to revealing what the plan is.

Minimum market cap on completion of an RTO is £30m, so even with a massive share issue to the owners of whatever business gets taken over, should be many multiples of current share price once all done and dusted.

If it were a pump and dump there'd be a lot more than a poxy few million in buys...

I'm aware that LSE rules dictate a minimum £30m MCAP on completion of an RTO, but don't believe there's a cash at bank requirement as you suggest...

The company is debt free, and whatever happened in days of old is over. The company is effectively a new cash shell now, with low overheads and basically no debt. So there's no reason not to choose DKE, it's a main market listing - which is actively a reason to choose it.

If you’d listened to the recent investor call you’d know none of the directors have been taking salaries for months. In fact they’ve been funding the company with their own cash.

What nonsense. Plenty of examples of riverfort providing finance to companies that are now doing very well - most notable Phoenix Copper and Kodal Minerals. Same with any finance agreement - you stick to the terms and you’re fine, you break them and you pay the price. Very positive news in my view.

I wouldn't have expected it to affect the price that much - it was just an interim report. Contained little to no info other than confirming what we already knew - they're a debt free cash shell with minimal cash burn and actively seeking an RTO. It's good news, but nothing the market didn't already know. Just need to wait for an RTO RNS...

And yes - TR1 should really be due off the back of that 100m trade earlier in the week. It was definitely a buy, and above the threshold for both UK and international shareholders to issue a TR1. 100m shares is roughly 6% of the company.

Shein are IPOing on their own - as are the other company that's been touted on here. Whatever is being lined up won't be as big as Shein but will have to have £30m mcap on listing per LSE rules so depending on how many shares get issued in the RTO this could do an enormous rise from a £600k cap.

@del929 to be clear, I haven’t seen the contents of the DFS, I can only see that it’s been uploaded to Efgi and I can see what is effectively the page of contents. It’s 1,3GB worth of data - full of assays, geotechnical documents, environmental studies, etc - the works. The images I’ve uploaded to Twitter (@pw_lx) are the best indication of what’s in there.

It is funny - every single time the telegram group finds something the usual suspects come out and say it can’t possibly be true, it’s a scam, it’s a pump & dump, and then invariably the company comes out and confirms it at some point down the line.
