RE: Next Steps on Cash Funding21 Jul 2025 10:53
Once again it is in the RNS if you read it properly. We will find out straight after the meeting. Up to individual then if they wish to participate or not. Don't understand what's their problem? Seems lots of them, one after another.......pretty sure the BOD have the details already worked out and PI's will get same benefits. I am going to grab some even though it will likely bring my average up. Only thing I want to know is what the £4.5M in Colorado is for specifically, not generally i.e "development". Could be they will just say not entitled to know more than that. The BOD are elected to run the company as they see fit and "development" could just cover that. NOMAD check everything. AIM PI's always think they are entitled to know more than they are just because they hold a few shares.....hope I get reply, or they tell us in more detail, but if not, no biggie to me. Either you trust them or you don't. If you don't you shouldn't be holding shares in the company.
The Company intends to make available to existing shareholders the ability to participate in a retail offer of up to £1,000,000 as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the General Meeting (defined below) (the "Retail Offer"). It is intended that the Retail Offer will be made available using the same pricing structure as available to the Investors under the Investment Agreement. The Company expects that further details in respect of the Retail Offer will follow shortly after conclusion of the General Meeting.
