Looks to me like could be block trade deal where the buy and sell side are already matched before the trade is sent to the exchange.

Either one seller and buyer or more likely big buyer had to wait for order to be filled with smaller sells through the day. MMs pocket the difference.

In this case maybe big buyer couldn't be matched up to what wanted and their price as not enough stock. So through day lots of smaller sell deals are added up until get there. Then sent to exchange as one deal. MM pockets difference between the 2

Could be RNS lodged today for 7am release tomorrow. That's how news always leaks the day before. Timing about right as well mid afternoon. We will find out soon enough.............

US preparing further sanctions on Russian energy - report

According to a new report from Bloomberg News, the US is preparing a further round of sanctions on Russia's energy sector.

The move will reportedly be used to increase pressure on Vladimir Putin if Moscow rejects a peace deal.

Bloomberg News cites people familiar with the matter. It also reports that the White House is considering options such as:

Targeting Russia's shadow fleet of oil tankers used to move its oil

Targeting traders who facilitate the transactions

The new measures could be announced as soon as this week, it reports, adding that treasury secretary Scott Bessent discussed the idea when he met European ambassadors this week.

An Australian company called "HyTerra" has a Helium/Hydrogen play in Kansas. While obviously not the same play it is very Interesting read Re Hydrogen/Helium

McCoy 1 was drilled to a total depth of 5,562ft mDKB (1,695m)

McCoy 1 mud gas samples have verified concentrations of hydrogen up to 83%

and helium up to 5% compared to Sue Duroche 3 (drilled in April 2025) with

reported concentrations of hydrogen up to 96% and helium up to 5%1,2

They have since entered into a joint collaboration with a company called Geokiln. What they do is also fascinating.

Helium is great but the more I read up on Hydrogen well the sky is the limit! Lets hope those rock samples fizz with Hydrogen!

set up for production again, perforate get samples off to Lab, flow test.. end of 2nd week perhaps? past guidelines for results 2/3 weeks?
