The Helium Pick

Helix has risen on continued success at Rudyard, including a potential commercial geological hydrogen discovery.

We were expecting production by mid-September – this hasn’t happened, and the latest date expected was December.

In practical terms, the latest the RNS can come is Monday, or it’s going to be January (material news in the Christmas period is where news goes to die).

I’d bet Bo will want to end the year with a bang, so we’ll see.

Again, the helium cartel will not allow a sizeable independent producer to exist, so once production is declared and the cash comes in, don’t expect this listing to last very long.

As you say Hydrogen production would be many months down the line. We need the confirmation form the rock samples that it is on. That is the first step of many. Maybe, you could be right and taken out before ever reach production of hydrogen. Increased Helium plus a potential game changing Hydrogen source would definitely interest the Majors.

I can't believe they would try to dual purpose a specially built helium compressor for hydrogen. The main difference is Helium is inert and Hydrogen is highly flammable. More likely to source appropriate pump for Hydrogen.....

And I get the impression that most holders don't want to wait around many years, if ever, to achieve " "an end result of self sufficient revenue generation with zero debt" Bit of cuckoo land there imo.

The only "sensible" way to go to achieve shareholder satisfaction is get to the FID after the Pump produces what we all hope and expect. Then to take on a JV partner/Off taker agreement to take all at source to fund the building of the field.

Ahem....that means without "debt or share raise" for out resident BBore.

With the right result we would hopefully get on a free ride. Income form Galactica in short term is not going to cover much in Ruwka and rather it went to expansion in Colorado.

I don't think they will raise again in anything like short term. They don't need to, simply look in RNS to see where funded up to.

JV with a big boy partner and SP will be multiples of where it is now. Hope they got the sense to go that route.
