Looks like the early buyer spooked the market, anticipating an RNS to propel the price higher.
I have researched earlier big moves in this share, dating back to last year.
Is it a coincidence that Victor Lam was a big buyer of 25,580,000 shares, from zero to 5.08% (that required the market be notified by a TR-1 RNS on 13th August 2019, the transaction actually took place on 8th August 2019) , prior to the news release of a tie up with a major provider that caused the share price to rocket and then fall back sharply in October 2019, a month after the transaction (the acquisition was executed in the free period for insiders to trade).
So is it deja-vu? ... Exactly one year on ... will we see another TR-1 RNS and a spike in the SP?
My money says "YES".

It is noticeable in the first 18 trades of the day, up to 09:01:51, there is a pattern to suggest the same buyer is loading up (11 trades) in tranches of £3k x 1, £2k x 3, £1.5k x 1, £1k x 3, £500 x 3 (inc 1 recorded as a sell, but is definitely a buy) = £15k total purchase for 694,858 shares.
They are including the £6 dealing charge in each purchase.
Too much of a coincidence to be otherwise.

This would be some pump and dump by the Spanish, they have taken the price up by over 50% in the past 2 weeks and have bought approximately €10million worth of stock ... I am still keeping a rein on my holding with a stop loss to protect any fall in price.
Still lots of activity on Spainish Bolsa, now over 10m shares traded.
Just need the psycological barrier of 20p to be bridged in London and it will fly again.

Now meeting the resistance level of 20p ... but meanwhile in Spain it is still motoring with volume already at 7m shares traded in 30 minutes since opening.
Highest paid in Spain is €0.2510 (22.5p).
Maybe all speculation and this is without any firm news .... where will it go when there is?

With the London market trading at a 20%+ discount to the Spanish market ... why buy in Spain?
Lots of mining permits awaiting approal, both in Spain & Portugal, where environmentalists have tried to put a spoke in the wheels for the last 5 years or more.
In light of the current precarious situations, following Coronavirus, with both economies, they are now reliant on an upturn in revenues from natural resources (lithium, uranium and rare earth metals) it would be surprising for the Authorities to turn their backs on the nuggets of wealth that lay waiting for exploitation and provide jobs, income and other benefits to the local communities. Surely, this must be a massive plus!
Those for must now outweigh those against.

Further to what Kentan posted earlier, I have also monitored the Madrid Bolsa Exchange and was pleased to see the amount of trades and spke today at the close of trade.
Volume: 22 million trades
Turnover: €4.54million = £4,080,000 (at current exchange rate)
Closing Price: €0.2390 = 21.47p
Rise on the day: 31.70% .... wow!
Still lagging behind on the London market, with a rise of 9.68% and a SP of 17.0p

Surely there must me some news breakng on rumoured permits being sanctioned ... looking forward to tomorrow.

Any idea of what the fee we had to pay for the licence was?
I thought it was still to be agreed and announced.
If so, will it be the same for all the other 3 licences?
