I have made my thoughts clear,I do not trust a listed company to go limited (see COSALT),but (always a but!) The Sp was 4p before the news,so imho why is it at this price now,I'm sure the market do not want to hold onto their shares come June,so something has to give,COSALT went up 400%in the last 2 days of trading!

Sure that the market makers are long money on these trades!Unless they have loads of cheap shares up their sleeves!!

But as a Ltd company,no one can touch their personal assets just what the company owns,they may never show a profit or pay dividends, good luck if you decide to stay

Whatever the sp is come June I will sell hopefully at a profit as I will be a minority shareholder and have no say and maybe no one will want to buy my shares once they go Ltd

If you decide to hold after June,imho you will find it very hard to find any info on this company ,alone financial accounts
