With only 72 million shares in issue, to take it private,they only need 75% of shares cast IE ,if only 20 million shares voted,they would only need 75%of 20 million,once private shareholders can imho kiss good bye to their money,COSALT/RUSPETRO both did this,once private they do not need to purchase shares/disclose information, Could ho to 5/10 pence next week,could go to 1/2 pence Good luck all,Not for the faint hearted
