I'm weighing up averaging down a little but for every positive I come up with I find a negative! My fingers hovered over 'buy' multiple times.

On the positive I have the current NAV, the companies are looking very promising, there is cash in the account and sentiment has to change at some point.

Negatives, I don't trust them not to throw a raise out for no reason and drop it down to 7p or something stupid, current market sentiment towards TEK and the tech sector and the unknown of how long inflation will remain high.

Unfortunately people are losing faith with the management after all the shouting from the tree tops and run of the mill figures. Until the sales figures increase and the next IPO goes through its going to sit here.

I'm sure no one from Tek reads this board or even gives a toss about what we think however instead of bottling this up over the bank holiday weekend I wanted to let it go! Having held here for 4 years now, listened to all the presentations, sent questions in, none of which were asked or replied to may I add, I find myself 34% down and losing faith here, all the bullish words and excitement in the presentations should not be taken with a pinch of salt but a shovel. I'm sure people will come back with 'well sell up and move on' however I'm sat here thinking I've been here for 4 years so why bother just leave it here and let it ride, saves losing thousands and see what happens. The principles stay the same, the ideas are sound but the market seems to be fed up with all the crap that gets spouted by the management and no longer believes a word they say.

Anyway rant over, have a good bankholiday everyone.

Nav is at 30.5p we sit at 13.5p. It's not all down to the markets, there's problems somewhere.

Looking at the prices when those 2 big trades went through that have just popped up it seems they were buys, anyone see any different?

I've also submitted questions for tonight, nothing taxing but just above name and blood type!! It was be nice to see some contracts now the raise has been pocketed. Also emailed flag with a few questions and nothing heard from Tim either. Gets very testing.

I do find this share price very 1 sided, markets down TEK down, markets up, TEK down, decent RNS released and TEK goes down. I'm flummoxed to explain why.

Fancy that, can't say I'm surprised. Trying to justify the raise, whilst not giving any worth while information.

Let's be honest today was a s**t show which none of us can do anything about, the board won't care as they are getting paid and we all sit here wishing we knew what the insiders do!

I can see why they've done the raise to speed up processes, my issue is there's now another 14 million shares that have been given to their mate and now any sign of a rise will be sold into and we all get shafted again, what's wrong with doing the raise at 19p??????
