If melody alone now had 3m on their books what would they be worth . Reality is we have bought a break even business with the opportunity to sell to 3m plus.
Whether that is wort 70m remains but what is a fact is if melody had 3m base they would be worth the 220m valuation set out last year.
What material will shareholders get to vote at the AGM and does that include us mere PIs.
