In the context of the Napster deal can anybody give reason why this share price was allegedly kept low ?

At what price did Oppenheimer put money in ? Do you think they will see raises at 3.5p A success to their investment ? Logic is company is becoming diluted on the back of potential Only. So John gore buys options for 15p yet this follows a raise at 3.5p would JG feel those options are worth anything ?

Brought in 30m investment at significantly lower than previous investment . Underselling is not an achievement .
