FPP telegram group is brutal. If I had to summarise the owner of the group is an old trader who is playing a blinder in there, 4-5 serial liars, 1 genuine holder and the other 90 are brainwashed followers. I got kicked couple of months ago because I had dared to pick the risks.

Zero understanding regarding fundamentals. They keep lying about cash position and rto.

I have never seen a group like this. Worth joining if you like to laugh.

It would have been very obvious if they did the RTO when DB WAS on the AB. But they did not do it. What we know DB's contract expired with FPP last year. We also know that FHH is months away from the funding. They are still just targeting it.

So, which is very obvious to me is that the RTO is not even planed yet.

When you calculate cash burn you can not use word 'vast majority' because you sound a bit silly. I remember you asked chat GPT about cash pos. but I guess they did not read the RNS.

I also think chat GPT does not know that FHH is months away from listing.

So, it looks FPP needs to raise money very soon as FHH is months away from listing and still targeting the launch. Then FPP also needs to participate in the FHH funding.

IF IF rto ever happens FPP market cap. will be around £3.5m. by then. If you get 5-10% portions from FHH which will be cca. £40m. it is not too rosy.

Well, this is in RNS. They said LIMITED CASH BALANCE 3 months ago.

However due to the limited cash balance as at the period end the Company will likely need to seek additional funding as part of completing the Reverse Take Over (depending on the cashflow profile of any target) in order to purse its strategy of seeking re-admission of the enlarged group to listing on the London Stock Exchange or admission to another stock exchange.

FHH is months away from capital raise which means FPP needs to raise very soon. If the fundraise is around 0.3p I think all time low will be seen.

What we exactly know is the cash position. It is very clear if you bother to read the RNS issued on 12/31/25. Well, it is close to zero at the moment.

Very small punt MediMan, but I wrote it off already. I sold out a lot after 31/12/25 RNS where you can read the cash burn and the cash balance. Hard dumping in the last couple days too which means (to me) the deal is going to be ugly Reminds me of VAST not SYME. I hope it will work out for holders.

A lot of question marks here:

- IF FHH ever goes to open market what price the IPO will be (£30m-£50m).

- What the split will be between FHH and FPP.

-I am hearing Zeus founded FHH by £5m. How much goes to FPP. I guess around £1.5. If so FPP mcap. will be around £2.5m.

- Zeus will be a flipping for ages. I guess £1.5m at 0.35p.

- FHH IPO needs to be extremely exciting for the market.

The RTO needs to be done sooner than later because FPP cash balance is almost zero.

If you get 5/10% equity of a company which worth £40-50m and FPP is going to be diluted to £2.5 Mcap then where your money is. Your English is very good but unfortunately you have difficulties in maths. Sounds like your are not a scientist.

I help you a bit 5% of £50m is £2.5m but FPP will already be at £2.5m after issuing the placing shares. Do you understand this basic maths?
