Do you understand if mass dilution is coming as you said FPP is not going to be £1m cap. It is going to be close to £2.5-£3m cap. So, I ask again If you value FHH at £30m and you get 5% equity then WHERE YOU MONEY is?

No need to be in the group I saw enough in there. I got kicked out because I noted a seller after the rns on 31/12 and I said the case was an issue. Well, the sp. declined from 0.7p to 0.5p. More then 20% of the issued shares were sold. Cash is still an issue if you bother to read the issued on 31/12. I would say £100k cash left.

What happening now is they try to lift the sp. to get the placing shares a bit higher.

RTO might be there but not too sure about it. Anyway first you will be diluted roughly £1-1.5m. Probably Zeus is going to be you flipper. If the deal done I would say placing coming at 0.4p. FHH is going to be funded by Zeus too.

FHH IPO must be exciting otherwise FPP is going to go to 0.25

Absolutely it is a waiting game! Wait for the share dilution. More than 70m. shares have been sold in the las 3-4 weeks. Yesterday 11m sold rounded multiple 500k, 1m. at 0.42. What do you think who is selling??!! FPP is currently valued at £1.1m. with £100k cash. Way overvalued!

Last placing was on 22/5/25 £1m. As per RNS on 31/12/25 cash balance was £600k as at 30/9/25. Cash burn is £100k/month. Placing is coming in this month.
