Who could HE1 partner with? Hereβs the realistic takeβ¦16 Feb 2026 12:18
If Helium Oneβs farm-out attracts a serious industry partner, the most logical candidates arenβt oil super-majors chasing barrels, theyβre the global industrial gas giants who actually control the helium supply chain.
Names like Linde plc, Air Liquide, and Air Products and Chemicals make the most strategic sense. These companies secure helium at the source, finance development, build purification infrastructure, and guarantee long-term offtake. In short: they turn discoveries into revenue streams.
Oil majors such as ExxonMobil or TotalEnergies have the technical muscle, but helium alone rarely moves their needle unless tied to large gas projects.
The RNS language points toward development funding, technical expertise, and monetisation pathways, which strongly hints at an industrial gas partner rather than a traditional E&P player.
Why it mattersβ¦.. a credible partner doesnβt just bring cash. It validates commerciality, de-risks development, secures buyers, and can accelerate timelines. In AIM terms, that kind of endorsement can be a re-rating catalyst.
If a global gas major walks through the door, the market wonβt need a second invitation to pay attention. π₯π
